Orders are processed at the end of each working day, candles, soaps and glassware are generally stock items and you should expect to receive your goods within 3 to 5 working days – if items are out of stock we will contact you to let you know.  Curtain poles are painted to order and generally take 10-14 working days.
If you would like to check product availability before placing an order then please feel free to contact us; if for any reason the goods you have ordered are out of stock, we will let you know and may be able to offer an alternative product, or we can reserve your order and the goods will be dispatched once they are in stock.

DELIVERY COSTS – UK mainland only

All delivery costs are added onto your purchases prior to completion via PayPal

Small Items - for example Soaps, Truffles, Brackets, Curtain Rings will be sent via Royal Mail wherever possible.  Bulkier purchases will be sent via Royal Mail or Courier as appropriate

£5.95 purchases £10.00 - £24.99
£8.95 purchases £25.00 - £74.95
£10.00 purchases £75.00 – 149.99
£150.00 purchases – Free of Charge

Large Items  -  curtain poles are sent by overnight courier & a signature will be required - £10.00

Due to surcharges imposed by courier companies all large orders to Northern Ireland Cost £20.00 and orders to Guernsey, Jersey & Southern Ireland will cost £25.00.

Overseas Delivery
We can deliver to overseas destinations but extra shipping fees will apply, please contact us for details prior to completing your purchase.

Whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to meet delivery dates, these cannot be guaranteed and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.


We will notify you by email or text to let you know that your order has been dispatched and you should expect to receive the order within 2 working days. If you do not receive your order within this time please contact us and we will track your parcel. If a delivery has been attempted then the courier will leave a calling card. If you receive a card please ring the courier as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery, should the courier attempts to make further deliveries which fails 2-3 times they will send the parcels back to us. We will be charged for this return and unfortunately will need to pass on these costs when arranging a subsequent delivery we will charge the standard carriage plus the £12.50 returned carriage fee.  Orders that have qualified for free delivery will be charged for subsequent delivery.

Any refunds made will be less the cost of delivery and returned carriage fees.

Local Collections
Customers local to us in Worthing can save the delivery fee by collecting in person either from our premises or at one of the local markets which we attend; however please let us know in order to avoid disappointment.
